This delightful duplex will captivate you with its generous space, amenities, and serene location…all just a quick 700 metres walk or drive from the beach!

When you're not frolicking in the shimmering waters and crystal white sands of the local beach, jump into the sparkling pool waiting for you at the property. Prepare tasty treats on the Weber BBQ or perhaps you’d prefer to laze on the outdoor furniture, engrossed in a good book and watch the children and fur baby playing I the enclosed yard.

Be prepared to enter a haven of rejuvenation and relaxation. This three bedroom duplex can comfortably accommodate up to eight guests with a maximum of six adults for your unforgettable coastal getaway. The main bedroom features a Queen size bed and ceiling fan, whilst the second and third bedroom offers bunk beds, one having a Queen below and King Single above and the other having a Double below and Single above — perfect for children or extra guests. For your convenience, there are two bathrooms, the main bathroom has been renovated with a large walk in shower with rainwater showerhead, toilet and single vanity, the second bathroom is located in the laundry area and provides a shower and toilet – this is excellent for when coming home from the beach or showering off after a swim in the pool.

Unwind in the open-plan living area, boasting a big screen smart TV with Wi-Fi and split system air conditioning, enabling you to bask in supreme comfort. The space blends seamlessly into the dining area with dining for eight guests. There is also a fully-equipped kitchen with complete cooking appliances, and the bonus of a Nutribullet, Air Fryer, Slow Cooker and Phillips 4300 Coffee Machine (BYO beans) all these extra cooking appliances will cater to all your culinary needs. The kitchen is also fitted with a plumbed fridge, microwave and dishwasher.

Boasting a ceiling fan in the main bedroom, reverse cycle, split system air conditioning in the living area we guarantee your comfort in every season. Having a private pool and being pet friendly, we guarantee fun for all the family.

Utility needs are catered to with an external laundry fitted with a top loading washing machine and adequate parking for two vehicles and those planning a boating adventure will be thrilled with the additional boat parking space on the grass area out the front.

(f) intentionally, recklessly or negligently damage the personal property of neighbours of the premises or other occupants of a strata or community scheme.

This property is approved for holiday accommodation only, no extra bedding mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed.

After hour emergency service is available 24/7 during your stay.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies.
