“The room was spacious and looked like just renovated. The bed was so comfortable and there was possibility to get thinner pillows if needed. “The position was excellent. Easy access to Newcastle City centre. However, we paid for secure parking but the security gate was inoperable and remained open the entire time were there (5 days). If more than one car was in the carpark it was quite problematic as the turntable was also inoperable. ”
