I totally dug the old school 50s-60s charm of the decor, nice spacious grounds with benches and seats for relaxing, super friendly and helpful front desk service and my room was spotless. These throwback motels are vanishing, we need more Red Ranch’s!”

“I'm not giving it one star because the place met my expectations, which were quite low at the outset. The cottage was of mid-century design that is badly in need of renovation (broken fixtures, uncovered electrical outlets, mold/mildew growth in the bathroom). It was a non-smoking room, but clearly people were smoking there. I think the place was emblematic of the Catskills as an area that once was a great place to visit, but has fallen into disrepair over the past several decades. ”

“The Roosevelt Inn is centrally located in Hyde Park. Close to shopping, restaurants and historical sites. Hiking too!!! The Inn was clean and the staff was friendly. I highly recommend the Inn for a stay!”
