“Lily Cottage is a sweet little gem!! This was first getaway as a family of three (4mo old daughter) and our beloved pup (20lb mini schnauzer!) Lily Cottage was the perfect cozy cottage to getaway for a long weekend. It had everything we needed (kitchen supplies, etc. to make a meal and a washer and dryer! (essential for a baby). The bedroom is able to accommodate a small pack and play or you could arrange it in the living space as well. Our dog also loved the small yard to get some zoomies out.……

“Very Comfortable”

“Clean place, very comfortable bed, everything as in description, lovely that there were extra free channels on tv to watch, quiet location, convenient to get to tourist sites. We loved especially the Mills mansion in Staatsburg, also the River and Post restaurant, enjoyed Rhinebeck and Bocuse restaurant in CIA. ”

“We had 8 adults, 6 kids and a few dogs. The house could not have been more perfect for the 4 families, 2 teen girls, 1 teen boy and the little kids too. There was more than enough space, bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone! The kitchen is heart of the home and there was more than enough space for all of us to cook, clean and hangout together without being in top of each other. We got lucky with amazing weather and spent our nights by the fire pit playing outside. The kids loved playing ping……

The cabin itself offers plenty of amenities, making for a comfortable stay.However, if you're looking for activities beyond hiking and browsing small local shops, there isn't much to do in the immediate area, so you'll definitely need a car to get around. “We had an amazing time at this beautiful home! The house was spotless when we arrived, and we were welcomed with a warm fire already going in the wood stove – such a nice touch. Peter and Lara were there to greet us and give us a tour, making us all feel right at home. We also really appreciated how responsive they were when we had a small issue with the hot tub – they took care of it right away. The place is absolutely gorgeous and so unique – you can really see the love and care they put into……
