“The property was excellent, exactly as in the photos, it was extremely clean and well equipped. It was very spacious and comfortable, with a really nice balcony to sit out and have a meal in the evenings with a glass of wine.The location is brilliant, a walk to the village, with the pizzeria 'Grano e Orza 5 minutes' walk from the house”

“Chalet Lomatika lived up to all our expectations and the stunning photographs in the advert were a perfect representation of the property and its surroundings. The Chalet was very well equipped, everything you needed. The location excellent. Our cycling and paddle boarding family made the best of all Annecy could offer. An amazing holiday. “The location is a quiet residential area, within easy walking distance of Doussard 'beach' and within easy driving distance of Annecy itself. The lakeside cycle path runs 100m from it. There are great views of the lake and mountains, and a constant spectacle of paragliders taking off from the mountain opposite. The house has lots of space and is well-furnished and comfortable. The kitchen is of a good size for cooking for a large-ish group, and had pretty much everything we needed. Everything……

“Heerlijk verblijf gehad in villa de Baumier! Prachtig huisje, alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, goede bedden, 2 badkamers en waar we heel erg van genoten hebben was de airco! Alles was nieuw, schoon en heel netjes. Ook ideaal: supermarkt om de hoek. ”

“The villa is ideally located near all road accesses to Geneva, Annecy and Mont-Blanc. The view from the villa over the Aravis chain on the one side and Geneva on the other side is really enjoyable. We were only 3 but the villa could accommodate up to 6 persons without any problem. The villa is fully equipped and has a very good internet connection with WiFi in all rooms. The kitchen is very functional. Bathroom are ok however during our stay we have had to wait a few minutes before having hot……
