“Die Lage in Annecy ist gut. Man ist relativ schnell in der Altstadt und am See. Die Einrichtung ist relativ abgewohnt und nicht so stylisch und hell wie auf den Fotos.. Auch mussten wir z. B. erst einmal die Glühbirne in der Toilette austauschen An Ausstattung ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Unser größter Kritikpunkt ist jedoch die Garage. Mit einem Passat besteht keine Chance, darin einzuparken. Maximal für einen Kleinwagen geeignet.”

Deux jours de pluie sur les 3 , nous n’étions pas au bon endroit au bon moment.Mais nous reviendrons Logement”

“L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité immédiate du vieux Annecy, Il est moderne et bien équipé, le balcon et la terrasse sont un vrai plus. La procédure d'arrivée est super bien faite.”

“This quiet, comfortable Annecy apartment is within reasonable walking distance of lake, old town, groceries, shopping, and restaurants. The kitchen is very well equipped. Secure garage parking is available, but costs an additional 20 Euro per night. Also, the security deposit is made in cash, which we had not expected.The shower is adequate, although it drains slowly – just a head’s up! We were surprised by a puddle our first morning. Also, a small supply of dish washer and laundry detergent……

“This place is felt like being in a hotel, very clean and had all that one needs. Its location is great. We could walk to the lake in less than 15 mins. There is also a supermarkt nearby. The best treat is the pleasant and helpful host.. ”

“L’appartement de Ghilaine est idéalement situé, l’arrêt de bus se trouvant à deux pas de l’immeuble. Il dispose des équipements nécessaires afin de passer un bon séjour : literie correcte, cuisine équipée, salle de bain spacieuse. Ghilaine s’est montrée accueillante et disponible en cas de besoin lors de notre séjour.”

“We couldn't be happier with our stay at this apartment. My wife and I with our two adult kids stayed for two nights. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. Communication with our hosts was excellent. Only word of caution is that the unit is up 4 flights of stairs so if you are challenged with mobility you should probably avoid, but I think the listing was clear in this regard. I loved being so centrally located in the heart of old town and super close to the lake. Thank for a great stay.……
