“Honestly love this hotel. I cannot say enough about how amazing it always is to stay here. I regularly use this hotel for Shore Leave, the Penn Ren Faire, and other events in the Lancaster area. “This was by far one of the better customer service Holiday Inn hotel for me. The breakfast lady was very keen on keeping the food well stocked and made sure the tables were cleaned between use. The cleaning staff were nice when I asked for anything extra. Front desk service were a mix depending on who was there but it was fine. I do like they rent out board games to give my kids sometime extra to do. Breakfast options were fairly good though the pancake machine was broken on the first morning.……

“This was probably the very best hotel I have ever stayed at. I have stayed in probably 50 hotels in my 49 years. It gave me a very close feeling to rooms I have stayed in Vegas, the Bellagio and Venetian. It was immaculate and everything was just perfect. The sheets and towels were amazing.
