“Very friendly staff”

“While the place is very cute, there were many odd things about it. First and foremost, there is NO AC in the room. Room description also advertised a bathrobe and desk and those were not provided either. I had to sleep with two fans and one window open (the other two did not have screens). That night, I went to get a drink at the coffee bar and the common area was very dark and could not find a light switch anywhere. I was told by other guests that the back staircase outside had a broken step……

“I stopped overnight on a long drive and booked this room at the last minute. Not only was it a convenient location, it was a clean room and the front desk staff were helpful and pleasant. I did not stay long enough to use the mini kitchen but stay at Mai Stay on a future trip and take advantage of it.”

“I was so happy to find this hotel on such short notice. I made reservations at a horrible hotel in the city of Lebanon, Pa. and I needed to get out of the inmate halfway house. The hotel in Jonestown was more than I expected along with a fantastic price. This hotel is definitely top notch.”

“Nice seevice...my towles had stains and the staff allowed children to run down the hallways screaming and this happened theoughout the stay...everhone was friendly but there were alsp limited pillows”

“I must say that my stay here was truly exceptional. This was a family vacation for the weekend and I can most definitely say that this hotel made it worth the while the two young men to check me in and that check me out during the duration of my stay was awesome thank you all so much! ”
