“Personale + venlige og smilende Morgenmad Ok. Bestod af toastbrød, æg efter eget valg, ost, kødpålæg og blandet frugt samt nogle søde sager såsom crepes, banana fritters og sandkage. Beliggenhed + smuk udsigt over Baie Lazare ! Obs på mange trapper, som yderligere er ekstra høje end typiske trapper i Europa Værelse - Seng/madras er virkelig dårlig og hård Det er en springmadras uden topmadras, så man ligger direkte på fjedrene. - Man har eget tekøkken men ingen ovn eller stegeblus +……

“No shopping near by, beach is very small and requires walking, front desk service is horrible and forced 10am checkout. Much better resorts near by. The only plus of the resort is some amazing views.”

“非常差的体验 完全不像五星级酒店 首先刚到酒店的时候check in 让我们站在那里整整等了半个小时 效率非常低下 在Expedia上订好之后还要我专门将订单信息转发email给他们 然后刚到房间发现卫生间是脏的...整个房间的桌面上都是灰 我们订的是面山的套房 外面的躺椅上都是鸟屎 没有清理 房间里面根本没有room service的餐单 spa也非常难订 第二天早上去吃早餐 10点半结束 我们迟到了大概几分钟 工作人员直接说关闭了 想吃可以回房间付钱叫room service 但其实里面还有很多人在吃饭 酒店交通特别不方便 没有任何大巴 只能坐的士 或者是当地的公共汽车 但没地方放行李 还要出酒店自己走约6分钟...而的士很贵 单程要50欧 托前台订去普拉兰岛的机票 没有跟我确认任何身份信息 结果将我老婆名字打错 第二天等我们准备去机场看确认信息 才发现写错...那时离登机还差3小时 出门去前台 没有服务生帮忙拿行李 两个特大箱子 过路的服务生都没有帮忙的意思 赶到前台 告诉服务员弄错了 她结果不慌不忙的查邮件 搞了好久找不到 才催她快点 她才打电话 结果两分钟就弄好了……

“The most beautiful hotel i have seen, and specially for the price point in Seychelles. Great facilities, great amount of restaurant options. great location. Best breakfast in Seychelles. The rooms are so beautiful and everything is so fresh and new. The design is super well thought of. I would really recommend. Only downside is that outsiders have the possibility to pay for a day pass in the resort which leads to the pool area to be pretty full in the weekend with a lot of young kids screaming.……

“The flat was smelling so bad, old and completely dirty everywhere with yellow bed sheets and staines on all floors. luckily we only used the place for some hours before leaving to the airport. Never again ”

“Paid for this hotel for a client through expedia and client got there only to find out it was fully booked.The hotel and epedia left him stranded. Refund has been processed as they claim but we are yet to get it.both the hotel and expedia did so badly this time”
