“The host was extremely responsive. The house was just as described. The space was perfect and just what I was looking for. The rain shower was very nice after hiking! ”

“House is located right next to the river. Very peaceful place with excellent views of the river and mountains. What we liked House was clean. Kitchen has good quality utensils and plenty of plates, glasses, silverware, etc. Nice front porch and couple of sun rooms. Communication with property manager was excellent. Almost real time. Things to be aware of 1. Taller/bigger guests may find the place somewhat uncomfortable. 2. There is well water. So water and house smells of sulphur 3. Short……

“We enjoyed this small cabin, it was perfect for 2 or 4 people. I enjoyed sitting on the porch and reading. Pam couldn't have been any nicer. We wanted to check out the lake, but didn't realize that they drain it after Labor Day. So we just spent a relaxing couple of days there. If you go, check out Alfredo's restaurant. Their subs and pizza are delicious.”

“Good location near town. Spacious but stairs a bit steep to 2nd floor so be careful especially if you need to come down in middle of night. We had a WiFi outage that was resolved the next day with a small refund.. so hosts were responsive and considerate. I recommend this place.”

“Carri’s place is a must stay! It was immaculate and bigger than advertised! It was a lovely stay and we would definitely return. It was so wonderful to find each room thoughtfully put together with cozy extra blankets and fresh cut flowers! She thought of everything, from games to coloring supplies for the kids. There is Lots of seating, a big cozy sectional paired perfectly with an array of Togo snacks and hot cocoa left in a little basket. The dining room seats 8 and a beautiful patio table on……

“We enjoyed our stay. The house was about a half-hour drive from the main visitor center in New River Gorge National Park. Two very nice state parks were also within a relatively short driving distance. We used the full-size kitchen for breakfast and dinner. It was nice having a dishwasher. The kayaks and fire pit were a lot of fun. ”
