“When I arrived, there was a group of loud guys in the lobby. This made listening to the receptionist difficult. I mentioned this and the young man shifted and spoke louder so I could hear. Check-in went without a hitch. We stayed only overnight as we were traveling.”

“The staff here are amazing they cant do enough for you.They even had a bucket of cleaner and a windshield squeegee outside the front door to clean your windshield!!!I never saw that at any other place. “Riverside Hotel was beautiful. It was quiet at night. Very convenient to get anywhere needed in Casper. There was one male front desk worker who wasn't the best as we had asked about the restaurant and he told us it opened at 4, however, it was closed that night. That is the only thing that was bad. Otherwise, the continental breakfast was delicious, the rest of the staff was kind, and it was clean! Beds are comfortable. ”
