“This property was great and Allison was super easy to communicate with. Just be aware that the restroom (very roomy, clean and well heated) is a very short walk and separate from the bedrooms.”

“Nice home in a great location! Close to all things needed for downtown Sacramento. It is one unit of the 4 units in one building. Easy check in/check out process. Host was very responsive with communication. My only real complaint was the bathroom door wouldn't close or lock properly and one bedroom had a curtain to separate the room from the living room so not very private but we were with friends and family so it was fine with us!”

“I booked this place for a quick overnight trip in Sacramento. The place can do with a little cleaning. There was food on the pull out bed, strands of hair on the floor and the blinds required some dusting. With all of that said I would stay the night again. The place was in a safe area, plenty of places to eat and everything was a reasonably priced. ”

And the female products were greatly appreciated and thoughtful! I will definitely be coming back and renting again! Our guests were vrbo first timers and were extremely impressed! The beds were a bit soft for my liking but comfortable non the less.”

“The property and has was even more amazing in person! Large fully fenced yard, lawn area, pool, and hot tub. On the same property as the owners but still secluded enough that you don’t feel like you’re a bother to anyone. Easy parking, full amenities throughout the house, cannot wait to stay again! ”
