“A lot of listings look really pretty/luxurious in photos, but are lackluster in person. This was not the case with this location! The space was just as beautiful, if not more, in person, and is so much more spacious than you would expect! The stairs are no joke, though! Truly jarringly steep even when you’re prepared. But it doesn’t take away from the space in the slightest. I personally think it adds to the charm.”

“The first impression of this apartment is that everything is cozy and comfortable. Sit in the armchair in the living room! I promise, it’s way more comfortable than it looks! The bedrooms have a/c and overhead fans keeping the air cool and fresh. It may have been raining outside but indoors it was well lit and perfect for curling up with our books and a glass of wine. A perfect weekend away from home and work!”

“Lovely updated home just minutes from downtown overlooking a park. It was perfect for my colleague and I, who were working downtown and needed a place to stay close by, yet away from the noise.The owner, Noah, was completely available at all times by chat. The directions for arrival, parking, check-in, and check-out were very clear and easy to follow.The neighborhood was extremely quiet and overlooked a nice park. The downstairs neighbors made no noise at all, nor did any of the neighbors on the……

“The condo is conveniently located on the Capitol Mall for an easy walk to the Golden 1 Center. It was easy to park at the 555 Parking Garage and walk to the condo. Everything was clean and comfortable and the host provided quick responses to our questions. We had a wonderful stay in Sacramento.”

“New construction home. Bed was great. Homes are still being built around this home. However, area was very quiet at night. TV had only streaming service channels. The TV was a smart TV, so I used my dish anywhere account and used AirPlay from my phone to watch my normal shiows. Very close to Sun City Roseville.”
