“We traveled from Kansas City with our 10 yr old grandson to watch two of his cousins dance in the Nutcracker ballet. The location was fairly close to the theater. The home was clean and was well represented in the photos. It was a wonderful place to call home for a frw days. We were able to host our grandchildren for games and pizza before and after their performances. Two suggestions/concerns. This is a gated community with a code entry however the gate was open throughput our stay. It would be……

“We absolutely would come back to this property without hesitation. It had all the comforts of home. The fireplace was a plus, the location was perfect, and it felt like home the minute we walked in. The host had thought of everything including extra things like a sewing kit and the things that you just don’t think to take with you on a vacation! Beautiful and comfortable! The view is not the nicest as you are in front of a big run down factory looking building with some broken windows but we did not spend much time looking out the windows. It had mostly everything we needed, and it was worth the price! Id recommend for a cozy quiet clean place to stay. The communication with the property manager was great. “The pictures don't do it justice. This is a luxury condo. It's very clean, granite countertops, fully stocked, and overall top notch. Both my husband and I said we'd stay here again when in Las Cruces. Everything was thought of in advance so that we didn't want for anything. Extra blankets, cleaning supplies, etc. Just great. ”

On the first floor: a single car garage (opener provided), a living room with flat screen (good internet connection), outdoor eating/hanging out area with gas firepit, full kitchen with granite countertops and a half-bath.
