“Suggest better communication about exterior door code and parking location. Also location was well stocked with exception of rangers in bedroom closet. Location worked well for our activities, really enjoyed The Peabody Duck Walk and eating at Slider Inn across from apartment! Thank you!”

“The house is definitely old but it was clean. The lack of seating options in the main room for a family of 5 was disappointing. The NCAA March madness games were playing and we couldn’t just plop down…had to bring in some kitchen table chairs. Also, the internet was dicey, the streaming service constantly kept buffering. “Not a bad price on a decent apartment. Place was clean and mostly furnished with what one would need. The main TV in the living room was not working and one of the two bedrooms did not have a TV at all so that was a bit substandard. Overall a nice place is a not so nice city.”

“This was one of the most disgusting experiences I have ever had. I got in late from a red-eye flight and wanted to hop into bed and sleep. When I arrived the room was relatively clean, but had some unkempt areas. I went to the bed and pulled back the sheets to find stained sheets and pubic hair all over the sheets.
