“Nice single story home in quiet neighborhood. Easy to get to downtown Memphis. Can walk to Greenbelt walking path along the river. Dishwasher and washer/dryer. Nicely equipped kitchen. Second bedroom has a full bed. Lots of closet space to put your belongings away. Water does get very hot so I would monitor kids. Was clean but could use some deep clean dusting in vents, on ceiling fans, under couch etc. The HVAC was also a little tricky to figure out because it was set on a schedule and kept……

“The home was exactly as advertised. Daphne was the most responsive host we have ever worked with. I contacted her with several questions and she usually responded within 15 minutes. The house was very clean and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. The pool table was nice and we used it a lot. The home is close to the freeway which was a concern to me as I am a light sleeper. My concern was unfounded as once inside the home you do not hear the passing vehicles other than an occasional rumble……
