“Exquisite Property!! San Rafael is so peaceful and tranquil, yet in the center of all the action! Steps from the Arch and many many dining options! You cannot beat this location! We were coming from the Lake and in order to avoid roadblocks we ended up leaving at 3am and arriving at San Rafael just before 6am. “Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.”

Her caretaker Rigo and housekeeper Juanita were still as helpful and enjoyable as 9 years ago, and the home spotless and so comfortable and well decorated. “The property is removed from the main street. Very secure as you have to pass through a gate manned by a guard 24/7. The pool is small, but perfect for relaxation. The pool is shared among 3 other casitas that share a common courtyard. We were always able to enjoy the pool hottub whenever we wanted.
