“This property is located on the outskirts of Antigua. It is about a 15 minute walk to the city center along two decently busy roads. The hotel door is closed and you must knock each time you want to enter. We had 2 reservations on separate nights. When we arrived, the hotel did NOT have any of our reservations on file even though we had confirmation from Orbitz. There was only ONE employee in the entire hotel, the GARDENER. He didn't have any idea how to help us because of course that is not……

“Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.”
