“Loved being so close to Tikal. Rooms were clean, staff super nice, good food at kitchen, pool was great at the end of the hot day (warm water from the sun so not refreshingly cool but good). Electricity limited - bring uSB plugs (no USB-C ports) - but they will charge devices in the office if you ask. Very few food options nearby but hotel restaurant was very good. Fav: burrito. No AC, ceiling fan only. I opened all windows and propped bathroom door open to get a small cross breeze but……

“Quedamos encantados, todo estuvo super desde la habitación hasta la atención y áreas. Como sugerencia revisar las areas del spa, los saunas no estaban a temperatura como para hacer su función. Los alimentos estaban en buena porción, pero sentimos que falta sazón. Precios si consideramos que estan muy altos. Por todo lo demás, definitivamente regresaremos.”

El personal siempre atento y amable, nos resolvieron sin costo extra el traslado al aeropuwrto a pesar de que la aerolínea nos cambió la hora del vuelo. Lo mejor de todo el personal, gracias a todo el equipo de este hotel.”
