Beautifully maintained including old world charm like wood stacked in a hearth box next to your fireplace, fresh water in a carafe and goblets on a tray, and beautiful courtyards. Authenticity throughout added to the richness of the experience. We felt like royalty!”

“My daughter and I stayed 4 nights in Room 4. We loved everything about our stay here! The property is gorgeous, the rooms are comfortable and beautiful, the breakfast is amazing, and everyone was so nice, welcoming and helpful! We would surely stay here again. My only recommendation would be to either have a coffee pot in the rooms or have coffee available throughout the day.”

“I last stayed at Eugenia home 9 years ago, and its like it was yesterday's. Her caretaker Rigo and housekeeper Juanita were still as helpful and enjoyable as 9 years ago, and the home spotless and so comfortable and well decorated. A jacuzzi has been added for more enjoyment. Eugenia pays attention to the little things, like furnishing toilet paper,towels, washing machine, a perfect vacation home, furnished like your home. “The property is removed from the main street. Very secure as you have to pass through a gate manned by a guard 24/7. The pool is small, but perfect for relaxation. The pool is shared among 3 other casitas that share a common courtyard. We were always able to enjoy the pool hottub whenever we wanted. Highly recommend Maida's breakfast services-- delicious, prompt, and very typical Guatemalan recipes and fresh fruits. Fast, reliable WiFi with excellent reception throughout the house and in……
