“I went for the F1 Event. Hotel is 3 stations (stops) always for Shanghai Circuit and approx a 10 min walk from Anting Station.
There is heaps of food options and shops nearby (at Anting Stn).

“We weren’t informed by the hotel that hot water supply is not available throughout our entire stay. Not when we made the reservation a week ago and not when we checked into the hotel. I wasn’t aware of the issue until I read the notice at the check in counter. We shower with ice cold water on the first night and washed ourselves with barely lukewarm water for the next 3 days. My 67 year old father caught on a cold because of this. Hotel staff is beyond friendly and helpful. I’d say the……

"Housekeeping is very good very proactive and when I am always putting down the curtain they open it one day to let me see the good view as I have thought my room has no good view initially. The restaurant staff are very busy but one early morning when I need to pack up to go the expatriate chef come out to ask me whether I need to pack coffee to go too and he uses Chinese. I was thinking as they are so busy I better not ask for coffee to go but the staff are very proactive "
