“Prachtig hotel op een fantastische locatie in Antwerpen. Uitzicht op het park. Bezienswaardigheden en winkels op loopafstand. De kamer was zeer netjes en luxe. We hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Zeer uitgebreid en heerlijk ontbijt. Punt van aandacht: Helaas was de wellness niet compleet omdat het bubbelbad niet gebruikt kon worden. Het Turks stoombad werd pas laat ingeschakeld. Dus daarvan konden we laat gebruik maken. In de communicatie stond dat je de receptie kon bellen, maar er hing……

“Location is closing to the center, you can reach there in 5 mins, and a lot supermarket near by. Room was beautiful and very conformable, bathroom is my favorite part of the room. Downstairs is auto check in machine and everything process fast and easy, staffs were very kind. Lobby is very comfortable beautiful design place to relax and meet your friends.”

“The room was good, but please can you please provide bigger garbage can in the rooms. it barely fits a tissue. Separately my fridge was not working at all. Also the TV has very limited channels, a lot of the channels are completely distorted, you can hear but not see anything. The cleaning crew came by on Saturday to clean my room, np but they shut the heat in my room, the weather was very cold . Not acceptable”
