“Even though it's a little expensive than other options, however, it's close to the exhibition hall, only 0.3 mile. For a visitor or exhibitor, it's very convenient if just would like to visit the trade show only (no other schedule such as city tours). “房間大小算是舒適的，但和多數毆洲旅館ㄧ樣，因爲由不同建築改建而成，所以雖然有電梯，進房間還是要通過高低不同的階梯，對有大件行李的旅客還是有點不便。房間設備也齊全，冰箱保險櫃都有，也提供瓶裝飲用水。地點位置距離慕尼黑車站不遠，算是方便。稍微的小缺憾是位於希臘或是阿拉伯住宅區，附近沒有口味適合的餐廳，唯一可以買早餐的Cafe 要走約5-10分鐘！”
