“Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here.”

““EXCEPTIONAL HOME AND HOST”!! This location exceeded our expectations. Very clean, comfortable and relaxing location with beautiful surroundings. The kids loved the pool and ping pong table. The outside kitchen was a great gathering spot for all our meals. It allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather while cooking and eating. The host made us a fantastic homemade meal. The also greeted us with a beautiful welcome basket. It was a wonderful surprise! We would highly recommend this to anyone!! You……

“We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay.”

“This property was beautiful! Spacious house with wonderful outdoor space on both levels. It was very close to the coastal town of Ostia and we loved our day at the beach. For trips into Rome, the transportation was a little more complicated and expensive. Overall, a terrific place for families - I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all of the amenties.”

“Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for.”

“Seconda volta che veniamo, la struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono ben fatti. La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world). Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. Comunque se capiteremo in zona ci torneremo senz'altro. Un ringraziamento particolare va al personale sempre gentilissimo ”
