“Everything was good and satisfactory. Location near the sea and the resort pool was amazing. Staff kind, friendly and helpful. Enjoyed tennis and archery. Our holiday was ruined by theives the day we left the resort in the theme park carpark minutes after we left. This had a very bad effect on us. The police was not helpful and couldn't care less.”

“El apartamento está genial por el precio que tiene. Que es un poco justo el paso de la habitación a la sala, no lo niego, pero tiene otras cosas a favor.... Tiene lavadora, la cual utilizamos y nos fuimos con la ropa limpia y seca (con mucha imaginación para tender dentro de la habitación, pero lo hicimos), una gran nevera con congelador, microondas y pequeña cocina... Poco menaje, tan sólo un puchero y ninguna sartén, pero cenamos en frío y el desayuno con el microondas nos apañamos. Pensé que……

“Very cozy room and friendly staffs. The breakfast is no fancy but essential and sufficient. Just one small thing: The room is equipped with stoves, with pot, cups and spoons, which is nice but surprisingly, no kettle! Luckily we can go to the canteen for hot water to make tea and coffee. The free parking venue is a plus. Supermarket is close by. Overall, I will recommend this place for someone come with car.”

“Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here.”

“We loved this place. It’s right at the beautiful beach. The accommodation was very clean and modern. The only two things that weren’t great was the noise of the fighter Jets from the nearby military airport and the potholes on the roads to the accommodation. But I have to say that the fighter jets were only flying on one of the days during our stay.”

“The property and villa were amazing. We loved the outdoor kitchen and spent most of our time out there. The house was well equipped for any meal needs. Sara snd her family were amazing hosts and we felt like special guests! Loved the pasta dinner and it was definitely a highlight of our trip. “The property and location are lovely. Our check in was easy and we enjoyed the house and gardens. The walk to the town and trains was okay. Our hostess, Rossana was, by far the best part of our experience. She kindly drove us places for the cost of petrol. We were less than half hour from Ciampino airport which cost 20 for a taxi. I would love to come back here but mostly to visit Rossana ;)”

“Seconda volta che veniamo, la struttura è nuovissima e gli appartamenti sono ben fatti. La posizione è strategica sia per il periodo estivo che per andare nei parchi giochi della zona (Zoomarine, Cinecittà world). Non abbiamo trovato né posate né detersivi per lavare le stoviglie. “Great room in a large house. Nice little kitchen, bathroom with washing machine. Leonardo is a nice friendly lady, very helpful. 20-30 minutes walk to castle Gandolfo and another to the lake public beach is small, but plenty of lido's. The view from the balcony at the house is to die for.”
