“I scheduled our trip almost a year in advance I was to be there for 4 weeks. I could not get a hold of the woman who owns the place through the verbal app when we got there on a Sunday I still have not gotten a hold of her. I had to get a hotel for five people in Rome for two days before I finally got a hold of her. She did not want to speak through the verbo app she wanted to use WhatsApp instead. She informed me that she made a mistake and that she had rented out the house for the weekend the……

“Lovely property lots of space and welcome swimming pool. Host very attentive and helped with taxis, babysitting and restaurants ”

“We had a really lovely time staying in this very expansive villa. The pool was fantastic and enjoyed by us on a daily basis. Being near Rome allowed us to site see the capital a few times. Being so close to Ciampino and its shopping facilities was also a big plus. Donatella was a fantastic host, alwasy responding promptly to our queries.”

“The Villa was spacious, but needed a few things added to make it more convenient for a family, which is what this Villa is aimed at. A Microwave would be useful, more racks in the oven as one is not enough. The TV needs to be sattelite connected or free view as we used an IPad to get the programmes we wanted and yes famalies will have evenings in. If possible full WiFi rather than a SIM. Lastly, seating. With the potential for sleeping 8 people a settee for 3 is not enough. Stefano however was……

“The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood close to the beaches of Anzio. The big garden, terrace and pool invite to relax. For those who want to visit Rome, it is very convenient to use the nearby (15m walk) train station Villa Claudia. The hosts are very friendly and the house was in a very good condition. Thank you very much.”

“perfect house, with complete set of services (towels and sheets), beautiful garden with the possibility of parking internally, outdoor shower, barbecue and table under the tents, ideal for summer dinners. We spent a wonderful week in 5 people, too bad we have to leave. Thanks to Luca and his very kind parents for the hospitality”
