“We had an amazing stay at this Scottsdale, AZ property! The house was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for two families to enjoy comfortably without feeling crowded. There were so many amenities to keep everyone entertained — from the pool table to the mini golf course and, of course, the fantastic pool. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, and everything throughout the home was spotless and well-maintained. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping this place in top condition. We……

“Grandparents and Aunt flew in from East Coast to meet Grandchildren age 6 and 8 (and their parents.) H2O Sanctuary was our ideal place. Plenty of room inside. Inground pool and separate hot tub outside. Sitting on a lagoon. The grandchildren really enjoyed the pool with their lifeguard Aunt with them. Lots to do locally. Plenty of dining in or out opportunities. The big garage was a plus to keep our cars out of the Arizona sun when not in use. Hosts were very timely responding to our……

“instructions to use the code at the front door needs more detail. Even though this is a three bedroom townhouse, we needed to run the dishwasher daily since we ran out of glasses. And There were only three wine glasses and no glasses other than the plastic ones. The first floor bathroom doesn’t have a toilet paper holder. There was only one partially used roll of paper towels and two trash bags. There were only eight bath towels for the unit and no pool towels. There were no drawers or very few……

“Everything about the property was great. Just as described. Gus was an amazing host, very attentive, quick to bring over more propane when we discovered one of the fire pits was out. The neighbor was no problem — we were respectful, parked in the driveway, and inside by 10 PM quiet hours. This was the perfect location and perfect house and amazing backyard to celebrate my son‘s college graduation.”

Detail upon detail in this perfectly size 2 bedroom, black and white with gold over toes. Fluffy white quality towels. Neighborhood was so quiet. And those king size beds. Heaven.
