“So many nice things about this place. We spent a lot of time in the backyard area as the pool is great, neighbors are quiet and the lake adds to the privacy. Kitchen is fully stocked, including linens and paper goods, as mentioned and the outdoor BBQ / Tiki Bar added to kitchen use and being outside. Road in front is pretty quiet and amenities are all real close. Walking path and canal trail is nearby so easy to get out and get some exercise. Lots of linens and bath items. About the only……

“The communication with the property management team was terrible. The pool table was rickety and placed improperly so you could not use it. The ball game was broken. The treadmill was broken. The TVs did not work and you could not access internet at the house. The toilet seats were loose and I almost fell off of the toilet. The toilet in the lower main level was broken. The pool was so cold you could not even swim in it. There was a poor guy there when we got there so we could not go explore the……

“Kids were in a volleyball tourney nearby. No hotels in the area so we decided to look into a house. It was more affordable and more comfortable. Thank you”

“I travel through Phoenix for autograph signings often, and this is, hands down, the most wonderful place to stay! The outdoor kitchen and the pool are fabulous for hanging out with friends... the rooms are beautiful...I loved the sound of the fountains and the feel of the indoor/outdoor patios. The beds are comfortable, and the master bedroom is like its own home... I loved the massage chairs in the spa, the huge kitchen (I love to cook!), and most of all, the relaxation that this beautiful home……
