“I did my research going into the hotel so I already knew to take a lyft to the Thunderbird so that wasn't confusing for me. “The penthouse was great! We had a small hiccup on day one with the air conditioning, but we realize that's not their fault. The staff went WAY out of their way to rectify the problem and truly treated us like VIPs for the rest of our stay.
