“EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING. MANAGEMENT SAW TO ALL OF OUR NEEDS. WHEN WE RETURN TO VEGAS WE WILL DEFIINATELY STAY HERE AGAIN!”

“I like how it was quiet and safe it was. Owner was very sweet and was very prompt with responses with all my questions my only complaint is the water was cold and wouldn't heat up while washing my hands other then that the place was pretty great! ”

“We came in for a long weekend and wanted somewhere to stay off the strip but not too far. This fit the bill perfectly. We were close to the airport & other amenities such as Walmart, restaurants, etc. We did utilize the bedroom AC unit at night to sleep & did not hear planes overhead at all. The unit is a bit loud but that's my preference when I sleep white noise. The mattress was a bit firmer than we would have preferred so keep that in mind if you want a softer bed. Everything that we needed……

“We had a great experience staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and golf. The house was just as advertised. I liked that the access was gated and felt secure. Good easy location on a quiet street and had good access to attraction (10 minutes away) overall great experience and would recommend for anyone not wanting the chaos of the strip! ”

“I was moving to Vegas with my partner, 3 dogs, and a cat, and needed to find a place to stay while looking for a home and going through escrow. This unit fit the bill. Although smaller in reality than I thought it was from the online description, it still served us perfectly. 2 beautiful bedrooms, a kitchen, small living room area, and a side yard space for the dogs to exercise. My only negative comment would be that the owner has 4 large Saint Bernards that will come charging at the gate that……

“Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I……

“This is my third stay at Marriott Grand Chateau. Clean updated lobby, easy check in. Safety as there is security checking room keys as you walk towards the elevator bank. My room was on the 35th floor. Very comfortable and CLEAN. Well stocked with towels, dishes soaps and cleaning products. I had no issues and was very happy with my room. Will be staying there again!”
