“CleanQuiet Great amenities ”

“We had a great experience, the apartment was well stocked andhad everything we needed in a very quiet neighborhood away from the chaos, but only about a 20 Uber away from the fun! ”

“My wife and I enjoyed the large suite for a few nights. It was walking distance to everything so we didn’t need a rental car. Nacho Daddy restaurant was very good if you’re interested in Mexican food and some margaritas. I would definitely stay here again”

“This is a nice quiet spot in a neighborhood east of the strip. Works well for a couple. We used it as home base as we visited Vegas for a few days and used rideshare apps to get to and from each day.”

“We had a great experience staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and golf. The house was just as advertised. I liked that the access was gated and felt secure. Good easy location on a quiet street and had good access to attraction (10 minutes away) overall great experience and would recommend for anyone not wanting the chaos of the strip! ”

“Everything was good.”

“Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I……

“I was moving to Vegas with my partner, 3 dogs, and a cat, and needed to find a place to stay while looking for a home and going through escrow. This unit fit the bill. Although smaller in reality than I thought it was from the online description, it still served us perfectly. 2 beautiful bedrooms, a kitchen, small living room area, and a side yard space for the dogs to exercise. My only negative comment would be that the owner has 4 large Saint Bernards that will come charging at the gate that……

I thought less of it because it wasn’t what I was in the market for but all I found at the time with so many events going on the days we were in Vegas. It took me by surprise that is has been bought out by Hilton. It was really in the center of the casinos that we wanted to visit being a short walking distance to most places. I would defínete recommend and revisit.”
