“I like how it was quiet and safe it was. Owner was very sweet and was very prompt with responses with all my questions my only complaint is the water was cold and wouldn't heat up while washing my hands other then that the place was pretty great! ”

“Interesting house and home feeling. I really like this house and feeling. Super comfortable and owner is super friendly. If you are tired of expensive and cold Las Vegas hotel, pls choose here.”

“My wife and I enjoyed the large suite for a few nights. It was walking distance to everything so we didn’t need a rental car. Nacho Daddy restaurant was very good if you’re interested in Mexican food and some margaritas. I would definitely stay here again”

“This is a nice quiet spot in a neighborhood east of the strip. Works well for a couple. We used it as home base as we visited Vegas for a few days and used rideshare apps to get to and from each day.”

“We had a great experience staying here. The kids enjoyed the pool, basketball and golf. The house was just as advertised. I liked that the access was gated and felt secure. Good easy location on a quiet street and had good access to attraction (10 minutes away) overall great experience and would recommend for anyone not wanting the chaos of the strip! ”

“This place met all expectations (off the strip but close enough for Lyft, clean, safe). The host was amazing and super responsive. The casita and backyard were beautiful and perfect. Would stay here again!”

“Carpets need cleaned or replaced as they are stained and smell bad. Sofa has stains and dog hair so we used extra blankets to cover the couch to sit on it. Outside patio chairs are stained and dirty and the table wasn’t cleaned before we arrived. Beds are comfortable. Cobwebs in closet got on my suit. Kitchen is adequate but missing a lot of items. Whole place needs TLC. Items missing off their inventory list which the host acknowledged when asked and she was a very nice person and responsive. I……

“I was moving to Vegas with my partner, 3 dogs, and a cat, and needed to find a place to stay while looking for a home and going through escrow. This unit fit the bill. Although smaller in reality than I thought it was from the online description, it still served us perfectly. 2 beautiful bedrooms, a kitchen, small living room area, and a side yard space for the dogs to exercise. My only negative comment would be that the owner has 4 large Saint Bernards that will come charging at the gate that……
