The backyard was such a peaceful place to enjoy your morning coffee and stay cool on a hot afternoon. Internet was spotty, we were unable to connect the tv to our streaming service but there was a selection of DVDs, so we were able to enjoy a movie one evening. “We had a large 5 family group celebrating the end of our homeschool year learning about CA history. This was a perfect central location for that! We visited Sutter's Fort, Sutter's Mill, The Capital, RR Museum, Gold Bug Mine & downtown Placerville. The house was perfect for the families with kids that ranged from 1.5 to 16y. The property was amazing and the kids spent soooo much time just running around and being kids. We saw deer almost every day! Some of us walked to the lake and it's……
