“房間很大，房間設備主要給與傷殘人士入住。 即使空間大也不讓我們放置單車入房間，我們的公路單車是清潔的，和輪椅的輪呔乾淨程度相約，不明白為何不讓我們放單車入房間，只讓單車擺放在沒關門的地下停車場，讓我們擔心一整晚。 免費泊車。 附近的越南加日式料理餐廳很美味。”

“The condition of the rooms is poor. Furniture is worn out and at least my bathroom (toilet) barely flushed. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was OK. In general, I was disappointed with the hotel and would not stay there again.”

“There are bed bugs/fleas and I was bitten, both my legs and arms. Bites are swollen and still in pain until now. Also, the male receptionist (or perhaps the owner) was very rude. When we asked politely regarding the transport card and were concerned whether the cards had to be returned to them unlike the other cards like Kaprun summer card and Hallstatt card, he bluntly said, "I DON'T CARE and I have paid 3 EUR for that." (exact wording used) We asked very politely and did not expect such a rude……
