“A lot of potential and room for improvement. When staying with my partner and son the road is very bumpy and it’s a long drive from the main road so have a car handy. The staff need training in customer service as well. When we ordered dinner there were things on the menu that weren’t available and they charge $12 for 1L of water. The pool wasn’t cleaned. There were plumbing issues as well as from out bathroom to outside hallway smelt like sewage and waste. Breakfast said it started at 7 however……

“Samoa can be a culture shock if you don’t travel to pacific destinations but it is very rewarding One member of staff sat with me in the local church where I went to hear the singing After Covid many places are still getting back on their feet but although a little tired La Vasa Resort has the most wonderful staff and the location and food was excellent ”

“It was a very pleasant short stay of about 9hours. My flight arrived pass midnight and the staff were very kind to allow me an extra hour and forty five minutes stay pass checkout time. My next flight check-in time was midday. I actually slept comfortably. Transfer to airport was great too. Clean and neat room with essential amenities available and nice cooling AC. WiFi is free and with excellent speed. Friendly staff and quiet safe environment. I would definitely stay here again when I needed……

“Spacious and extremely clean room but there is no enclosed shower or bathtub that makes the toilet floor all wet every time after shower. Overall nice and friendly hotel staff with good and immediate service. Food from the hotel is good especially salad, seafood and the fruit smoothies!”
