“My family was in Athens for a dance competition and stayed here. The unit itself was fairly old as could be expected this close to downtown; however, the upgrades that were put in to this place balanced that our nicely. We had a couple instances of pests (spider and bugs) and a fuse tripped for the bathroom lights but notified the host and they were extremely receptive. Overall a very nice stay and we would stay here again!”

“Fantastic property and location! We stayed over the weekend for our daughter’s “parent’s weekend” at UGA, and it couldn’t have worked out better. Plenty of room for us, her grandparents and her little sisters, and plenty of parking (always a nice perk in Athens!). Very thoughtfully appointed and Keith was great to work with as a host. We’ll be back next year!”

“My husband and I were in Athens for the Athens Comedy Festival and Jason's attic apartment was a perfect place to rest between activities. Quiet, clean, with all the amenities I needed and plenty of space for 2 adults to relax. It's walkable to lovely little coffee places and restaurants, and a very short drive downtown.
