“This house was everything as advertised and more. The house was clean and was setup with all the needed amenities. The rooms were comfortable. We had 4 adults and the house was the perfect size for us. Also, we were able to entertain other guests without problem. The neighborhood was quiet. The rental is perfectly located, and is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants of downtown Nacogdoches. “Very clean & looks brand new inside. Decorated really cute! I didn’t realize it was one of 3 units within a house but that did not affect our stay at all. Just FYI, there is no W/D on-site here, that is in the listing but I didn’t think to check. The host was very accommodating and easy to work with, we had a family emergency and she allowed us extra time to leave- THANK YOU!!”
