“The room was nice and I liked the dove products. The sink outside of the bathroom didn’t work. ”

“Check-in was fast and good. Then it went downhill. Room was smelly. Very sketchy area. The pillows were tiny and insufficient. The next morning I tried to get more pillows. First stopped to talk to housekeeping staff but they didn't speak a word of English so that failed. Then went to front desk, explained we needed more pillows and the manager promised to have housekeeping put more in the room. When we returned that night there were no extra pillows. I went to front desk then and the girl there……

“Room was clean, breakfast was basic. The only negative was that there were no sidewalks to walk to local establishments. ”

“Bed was soft. Had to sleep on the other side to get firmness. I had to call housekeeping to clean the floors in the kitchen and bathroom when I first got there. Otherwise it was great. The people were nice and I felt safe. I liked it. ”

“Very nice hotel. Great and friendly staff. The only things keeping this from being 5 stars across the board was the pillows being too soft and the bed being too firm.”
