“We were looking to get away for a weekend away from the kids and the images on VRBO were so cute, that even though only two nights were available we still decided to make the 5 hour drive from Milwaukee. It was definitely worth it. The weather wasn't perfect, but we really just wanted a cozy, intimate space to get away to, and this place most certainly checked all the boxes. We will return, maybe even with the kids next time. Absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.”

“Overall, very impressed with the property, very clean, excellent attention to the little details. Communication with the host was very fast and responsive. The cabin is very isolated and quiet but close enough to town. Will definately stay here again.”

“It was a great place with lots to do for our 4 grands of varying ages. Modern cabins. We brought our own food to grill on the bbq provided and we had pizza at the snack shop on site. Will definitely be back! ”

“Cabin was conveniently located in town, but had the feel of the Northwoods when on the campground. Strong wifi, clean, cute decorations, snacks, and other conveniences. Bed was comfortable and it was a great night of sleep. ”

“Great little cabin had everything you needed. ”

“My husband, adult and teen sons, and I decided on a quick getaway to Door County at the end of July 2025. We saw this property was available for the days we needed, and we were happy with its location between Carlsville and Egg Harbor (plus private and quiet) but has easy access to everything. The property is quiet, extremely clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. While it does share a lot and driveway with another property, windows don't face them and you only see……

“The only thing that confused me were instructions for sanitizing dishes which made think that maybe the water wasn’t safe for drinking. I requested a late check out and the owner was easy to reach and oked that. Very satisfactory ”

“It was the perfect getaway with family!!! We had 3 teenage boys that thought the loft was their own little apartment!! The lake is just wonderful....such a gorgeous view from the deck and even sitting in the living room made you feel you were outside. Crystal clear water for swimming and kayaking and the kids caught a lot of fish! The beds were oh so comfortable and the location was terrific. Absolutely nothing wrong with the gem. ”

“It was very cute and clean!”

“We had a great week at the cabin. Stayed with my wife, daughter, son-in-law, our two young granddaughters, and our dog. The cabin was great and had a perfect feeling of a traditional cabin with all the modern amenities . Property was nicely secluded and the lake was quiet most of the time. We enjoyed the SUP’s they had there as well as the kayaks and canoe. Fishing off the pier was great and we (our grand daughters) caught tons of pan fish. ”
