“We liked everything from the valet to the front desk very respectful ”

“Not very clean, the elevator floor and common areas were a little old and needed some repair. Check in was 4pm but check out 11am. I wish the check in was earlier and breakfast was included!”

“I don’t like the fact you have to pay for parking. We are not in Chicago. $20 a day for parking is a bit excessive.”

“Good: park was empty so we had the whole place to ourselves. Staff was friendly but very judgmental, ie if you don’t know the proper procedure for using a double tube. Cons: it’s far from the dells, like 15-20 minutes to anything worth seeing. Staff seemed mostly Immigrants, had a hard time communicating with the staff due to their ESL. Overall, you get what you pay for. Good for a quick/cheap trip for a larger group but you better just cook/stay there and not travel into town much. ”
