“Loved our stay! We were there for an anniversary party as well as trail riding our UTV. Everything about the cabin was perfect! Right on the trail and still close to town. Full kitchen and cooking tools. Just stop at the grocery and get some food to cook. The only downside was WiFi is not good at all. But, we were up north so who cares! ”

“The lodge is a wonderful place to get away to birch trees and smell off clean pine air. Our lake view was amazing. The leaves were just beginning to show the onset of fall with few hues of red and orange. We took many walks around the property enjoying the woods and lake. The resort was quiet but people hanging out at the beach or fisherman taking their boats early in the morning. The pool and spa were used a few times. It should open early. The kitchen and dining were stocked to meet our needs.……

“The location we had originally booked canceled our reservation due to selling property and issues with plumbing. Upon searching for something close we stumbled across this amazing property. Granted its not on the water like the place we originally had, but this location slept more people, was large, had 2 bathrooms, a cleaning room for fish, a huge kitchen, was decorated very nicely with outdoor theme, and the owners were very accommodating, easy to work with and fast to respond. “This cozy cabin was the perfect home base for our Door County adventures. Roomy, well-appointed and comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better location as we sought out sunsets at Peninsula State Park, crashing waves at Cave Point County Park and the smooth rocks at Schoolhouse Beach on Washington Island. It was early in the season, and despite a few places not yet open, we still had plenty of restaurants to choose from, and we embraced the fact that we had the place - as in Door County -……

“Did an upgrade to cowboy retreat and it was well worth it. The cabin was beautiful and roomy and comfortable. S’mores at the fire pit were so good. Ed was a great host. Showed us around and made us feel we never wanted to leave. Could have stayed there forever”
