“We loved our stay at this beautiful spot! The loft is small but very clean and cute. It's a lovely place for one or two people. The surrounding property is just gorgeous! Beautiful view of the river and a relaxing yard area. If you are like us and prefer not to see the hosts, you do have to drive thru their driveway and past their house to get to the loft and they did come a couple times to use their boat but they were very nice and it was very private when you get back to the boat house. “We were totally blown away by Lion Downe Cottage! The space was immaculate, the views were outstanding, it had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the great hot tub, grill, fire pit, and screened-in porch. Rob’s communication was helpful and prompt and we received some great tips for local swimming spots to enjoy the warm weather and explore this beautiful part of Wisconsin.Honestly this was one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever been in, and we absolutely want to be back!”

“Loved this little secluded cottage. Was nice it was far enough away from everything but yet close to restaurants and anything else that you needed. Didn’t realize it was right on the highway but still seemed quiet despite the trains which never kept us awake thankfully. Had a nice view of the river and bluffs which made for some beautiful sunsets. Loved the little details and decor throughout and the shower was very nice. Bed was a little firm to our liking but didn’t keep us from getting a good……

“The cabins looked small from the outside, but we're actually very spacious we didn't feel cramped everything was very clean there was a full kitchen a table big enough to sit at least four. I think the only thing that wasn't 100% perfect was the beds are a little small they were stiff and the pillows were also very small and serviceable. I would still definitely stay there again 100% and would recommend it to everyone!”

“Beautiful home! The MOST beautiful location! We truly enjoyed staying here. Loved the sunsets. Enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. We enjoyed the clear canoe and our dog LOVED swimming in the crystal-clear water. Relaxing, serene location perfect for country walks. We enjoyed watching boats coming in and out of the harbor. Host stopped by to say hi and was so friendly! Would stay here again!!!”
