“We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were exceptionally polite and helpful, the food was delicious, and the sea was warm and crystal clear. Our friends made use of the kids' club and were very pleased with the care and professionalism of the staff there — it gave them real peace of mind.
There were a few minor downsides. Only three devices can be connected to the Wi-Fi per room, which was a bit limiting. Also, while the beach was generally clean, it would be great if the sand was……

“Second visit here, loved it so much first time, decided to book again.
Great experience as before, in fact was a little bit more lively as it had more people, but still great.
only given it 4 stars for staff purely because, the lady who cleaned our room, walked in on us THREE TIMES using her own key, showing us she had clean her room. It's very rude and evasion of our privacy.

“Unser Aufenthalt im Crystal Sunset Luxury Resort & Spa war rundum gelungen! Besonders begeistert war ich vom leckeren Essen – es gab eine große Auswahl, die Qualität war top und für jeden Geschmack war etwas dabei.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Auch das Zimmer war sauber und gepflegt, man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt.
Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Animationen, die für viel Unterhaltung gesorgt haben, ohne dabei……

“Hotel is lovely the staff are amazing cant thank everyone enough. Only negative i have is theres no plates or anything to cook with in the room just an empty kitchen. An the pool area could do with a little clean. Other than that it was really good. Close to the shops an bars. The bus comes right outside the hotel an tbe food is lovely.
