“Nous y avons passé 2 jours au début du mois de mai. Nous avons trouvé l'hôtel et le restaurant parfait parce que nous étions que 30 clients à l'hôtel, en tout et pour tout. Ce qui veut dire de la place au restaurant ou à la piscine, etc... Les tables étant pratiquement collées les unes aux autres dans les différents endroits (bars, salles de restaurant), en été cela doit être horrible. Question économie responsable : il va falloir oublier le plastique jetable et passer au réutilisable. Les menus……

“Mijn echtgenote en ik hebben een fantastische week mogen beleven in hotel Continental, Golden Sands, Varna, Bulgarije. Het ontbijt was lekker en uitgebreid evenals de middagmaaltijden en het avondeten. We zaten op het zesde verdiep in een grote kamer met zicht op zee. Het uitgebreide aanbod van cocktails was niet te versmaden.”

“The staff and management do not have basic customer skills. I have tried to call the hotel in advance to warn them that we will be late, but somebody opened the line without responding and left the line opened for the next 90 min. Although we had All Inclusive reservation, we were left hungry, without dinner. The staff refused to acknowledge that we have All Inclusive and in the morning the manageress did not acknowledge our Expedia receipt which clearly states All Inclusive. The Expedia……

However it was incredibly difficult to find it and it doesn't have easy access to the beach (There is a path to the sea, but not easy to find). It has great views from the balcony. We were there in mid Sept so a lot of placed around were already shut. “Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful.
