“Dette hotel er slet ikke et 4 stjernet hotel. Først og fremmest havde vi bestilt et værelse med udsigt til havet. Dog fik vi et værelse med udsigten til skov og klipper. Havet kunne kun ses meget lidt hvis man gik ud på terrassen. Derudover var værelserne ikke rene. Der var edderkoppespind og døde myrer indenfor. Det værste var, at selve toilettet var meget urent. Det var tydeligt at toilettet ikke var gjort rent i lang tid. Der blev sendt en rengøringsdame da vi ringede til receptionen og……

“Great hotel, everything was perfect. Beautiful architecture of the building, 4 big and clean pools, tasty and fresh food. The pool bar has everything you wish for to drink and the barkeeper is very professional. The main restaurant for the all inclusive is high level gourmet. The staff was friendly, nice and helpful. “I think it's the cleanest hotel in the world. I had a wonderful room with seaview and balcony. 2 single beds (I was alone) the mattress was very hard (some people prefer) . Location is perfect to Varna city and beach. You can rent a car from the hotel. Only downfall was that there was only 1,5 minutes of warm water in the shower and no breakfast after season. There is a little shop next to the hotel , so you won't starve 😂 My stay was pleasant overall.”

“Conveniently located close to the beach. The room was clean, modern and comfortable - balcony was also nice. The amenities are great for a nice summer stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices, dinner was also very nice and excellent value. Krassimir at the front desk was very polite and attentive - all personnel were kind and greeted us every time. We will definitely stay here again when back in Varna.”
