“I like this hotel because of the filtered water station, and the self service laundry. It has all the things I need to stay. The breakfast in the hotel was very good, and We met people from many countries. The hotel staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful!
One of the down side is the small size of the rooms, but that can be tolerated. The hotel is very popular so the elevators are busy during peak hours. Sometimes the wait was quite long. ”
“This was the second time that I lived in this hotel for my trip from UK to HK. The first room was in good condition. However, the bath room got mold at the top near the ceiling this time. Hotel should clean the mold before customer's visit. Staffs of concierge provided excellent service. They kept some of my luggages as I travel to Tokyo.
