“Nice hotel and staff are helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Karen (the resident manager ) who kindly helped me source a vase for my 99-roses bouquet gift . The receptionist Janice was amicable too and gave us a warm welcome. We were originally disturbed by some strange odeur in the room on 39th floor but she quickly sorted it out by switching rooms so thank you. We enjoyed our stay which was over a fortnight and loved the pool . ”

Bathroom comes with a Toto washlet and the most powerful shower ever. Buffet breakfast was what you'd expect from a Shangri-la - super impressive spread and great quality. ”

“電梯出來有一道防火門再拉開 感覺很不像酒店 有點詭異 房間清潔一般 因為個人皮膚比較敏感 感覺有塵蟎 其他都還可以 浴缸很乾淨 但排水孔有點小故障 通知客服人員有馬上來處理 快速而且態度很好 地理位置很方便 鄰近旺角鬧區但晚上很安靜 附近餐廳小吃多不勝數 買東西也很方便 油麻地港鐵站就在旁邊 ”
