“Fabulous doesn't even begin to describe how wonderful our time was at Blue Crab Cottage...the cottage was absolutely perfect for our family of 5, as well as our dog Princess. The views were spectacular...the host was so friendly and helpful...the kids loved chatting with Mr Chris and meeting his dogs, who were the sweetest welcoming committee. We had a great stay, and we hope to come back for another stay during our next trip to MD. ”

“The house was very clean and located in a pretty amazing area, with easy access in and out. “The property and the cottage are just beautiful [very quiet] and incredibly well appointed. The bed is super cozy. There is no kitchen but the coffee station was great to have. Note that the cottage shares the property with the main house. My husband and I enjoyed sitting by the river multiple times during our stay and we really appreciated our hosts’ hospitality and communication. Thank you for the beautiful respite!”

“This property has some good qualities. For one, it is right on the water, and you have access to three small beaches and good fishing. It was nice to wake up and drink coffee next to the waves. The house was stocked and seemed to have everything we could’ve needed. However, for us, the negatives far outweighed the positives here. Most significantly to me, the property did not mention that the outdoor amenities - the fire pit, grills, and boats - are shared between you and the adjoining property.……

“Trip from Denver to see our son at the academy. Place was all that was advertised - clean, well appointed, comfortable, nice neighborhood. Its not far from the academy in terms of miles but you have to travel a lot of backroads to get there. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. ”

“Absolutely the grossest property I've been too. 5 spiders, 1 centipede, 1 dead cockroach. Master bedroom and bathroom both had see through curtains so people could look through. Hair in the sink and wads of hair stuck to the bathroom hinge. Window AC units had gaps in them so bugs could come in without hindrance. Leaves in the ac ducts(how). Couldn’t even cut the grass for before guest arrive. We didn't even stay there. ”
