“The Gull Cottage property is on a road of very beautiful and well kept year-round homes on the shore of Lake Erie. The home has a nautical theme with updated furnishings in an older home that has been beautifully maintained. It is easy to stay in and adapt to the amenities the home has to offer. The back yard offers stunning views on a shoreline that cuts from the northeast on the right to the south west on the left. The sunsets over the water are as beautiful as I have seen. “My family had a wonderful stay at the Cleveland home, which was conveniently located in a beautiful area just outside of the city. The house was lovely and outfitted with everything we needed. The living areas were bright and spacious, and everyone enjoyed the indoor pool with the big-screen television! Host communication was exceptional. Everything was perfect, and we would stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful time. House is very clean and updated. We are 60-70 year olds so we had to watch the step to family room and 1st floor bath. One step up to kitchen. On listing we did not see Kurig listed, so we brought wrong coffee. The hosts has k cups for us,which was very thoughtful. Some decaff ones would be great. We sat outside but because of state fire restrictions we could not light the chiminea. Also it was rare to have warm weather in March. I am sure in the summer the outside……
