The only note would be the street noise that you should take into consideration if you're a light sleeper. The noise is not a ding on the owners since it's out of their control, and they provide sound machines in the rooms, which were a huge help. ”

“Highly recommend this place and property management company. Everything was spot on with what we expected and perfect for what we were in town for. The rooms were clean, beautiful, and appeared to be newly renovated. Unfortunately the weather didn't treat us quite as good while we were in with a cold front, however, even though it got colder than expected, we still made it work. Would absolutely stay again. We were five friends attending a reunion and this penthouse had everything we needed - a place for bonding and recapping events of the day, a refrigerator to store all of those left overs, extra blankets and a strong sense of safety within the building and outside of it. “We traveled down for the French Quarter Festival. Management was ahead in communication and made the check in super easy. The location is perfect, and near the city center. We loved the coziness of the room, beds slept great and loved the brick and modern yet nostalgic feel. Genesis was SUPER responsive and helpful. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to visit New Orleans and can’t WAIT to visit and stay here again.”

“This place met our needs: safe neighborhood, with all of NOLA’s places of interest and streetcars within short walking distance. No street noise (huge for me). Strong A/C. Very comfortable beds.
