“Loved the place, very clean, great location. Furniture and bed was comfortable. It is a suite on a house, which I didn’t fully realize at the time of booking, but kind of suspected once I looked again, but it is private and perfect for a weekend stay. Would definitely book again if we decided to come back for another stay with friends!”

“Clean.easy to find.new appiances. Air condtioner is great. Unit is small but you know before hand. Only thing i would change is a step to the porch. You cant beat the area. Stores and restaurants close and you can safely walk anywhere. We did. StCharles street is few blocks away if you want to ride the street cars. I will be back.”

“Beautiful property with country like surroundings with horses, chickens, calves, dogs and cats, maybe more but that is all I saw. Darren and Jill were amazing and went above and beyond. The breaker had tripped on the hot water heater before we got there and when I messaged them that the water wasn't hot they immediately came over to fix it. They also checked in with us to make sure it was still working. They left us some special gifts for our anniversary we well. Highly recommend their home.”

"The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
